MH-SLSA Counsellor Recruitment at the High Court Mediation Monitoring Sub–Committee has decided to constitute a panel of 05 Counsellors for pre–litigation and post–litigation matters. This panel will provide psycho–social services to the litigants approaching the High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad in matrimonial disputes and other disputes.
Qualifications: Bombay High Court Counsellor Recruitment
- The candidate should have completed M.A. in Counselling/Clinical Psychology along with a 2 years‘ experience of working as a Counsellor.
- Preference will be given to those candidates who have additional qualifications such as having completed specialized courses in Couple and Family Therapy or demonstrating direct experience of working as a Couple/Family Therapist.
- Preference will also be given to candidates who have experience of working in legal settings.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
Duration
The appointment for the post shall be on a purely contractual basis for 1 year which may be renewed in the following year considering effective service of Counsellors. The panel of Counsellors will be revamped from time to time. The Counsellor (part–time) shall work for 3 hours and shall be called as and when the services are required.
Remuneration
Rs.5,000/– for every three hours
