- Qualification: Graduation, Typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi & English and knowledge of computer.
Receptionist-cum-Data Entry Operator
- Total Post: 01
- Salary: 19,0000 per month
- Qualification: Graduation, Typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi & English and knowledge of computer
Office Attendant / Clerk
- Qualification: Matric pass, knowledge of cycling
- Salary: 13,000 per month
- Total Post: 3 Posts
How to Apply Patna Court vacancy 2024
- Separate applications have to be made for different posts. Joint application will not be accepted.
- The applicant should fill the application form completely and correctly and attach self-signed photograph with the application and send the application along with educational and technical qualification certificate, age certificate, caste certificate, character certificate and self-addressed envelope with a postage stamp of Rs. 22 on it through registered post/speed post to the address of Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Patna.
- The application should reach the office of District Legal Authority, Patna within 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.
- Applications received after the above-mentioned date will not be accepted in any form.
General Instructions: Bihar Civil Court Vacancy 2024
- The applicant should be a citizen of India.
- The applicant should be physically and mentally healthy and of good character.
- Except the applicants who are in Government / Semi Government service, it is mandatory for the remaining applicants to be registered in the local employment office.
- The age of the general category applicant should not be less than 18 years and not more than 37 years on 01 August 2024. The age of the backward class applicant should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years on 01 August 2024, for women, the age of the applicant should not be less than 18 years and not more than 42 years on 01 August 2024, and the age of the SC / ST category applicant should not be less than 18 years and not more than 45 years on 01 August 2024.
- Examination Fee: – No fee is payable.
- Mere possession of the minimum educational qualification does not guarantee that an applicant will be called for written test or interview. The authority reserves the right to scrutinise the application.
- If at any stage it is found that the applicant does not possess the requisite qualification, or he/she has given any wrong information or has tried to conceal it then his/her application is liable to be rejected.
- For recruitment to the posts of Office Assistant / Clerk and Receptionist-cum-Data Entry Operator, there will be a screening test or written test of 75 marks, interview of 25 marks and computer typing test of 25 marks. For the post of Office Attendant, the interview will be of 50 marks.
- All the above posts are completely based on contract and this contract candidate will not claim it in future as a government servant. It will be valid for 01 year and
- No travelling allowance will be paid by the Authority.
