Eligibility: Public Prosecutor Recruitment at CBI
The following points may be kept in view while submitting the request for the empanelment of CBI Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Special Courts and Subordinate Courts at Bangalore and Dharwad to conduct CBI cases in the Trial Courts at Bangalore and Dharwad (Karnataka).
- Educational Qualification: LLB
- Enrolment Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
- Experience at BAR handling criminal matters in Sessions Courts
- Unconditional willingness/consent to work on the general terms &, conditions approved by the Government of India from time to time.
- Details of important cases handled by the applicant advocate.
- A minimum standing of 10 years as an Advocate is required for considering an Advocate for CBI Special Public Prosecutor (CBI) Special Courts and Subordinate Courts), who have experience in handling criminal matters.
Period: Public Prosecutor Vacancy at CBI
Minimum 03 years.
Nature of Job:
To conduct CBI cases in the Trial Courts at Bangalore and Dharwad (Karnataka).
