About the Legal Assistant Vacancy at Paradip Port Authority 2024
The Paradip Port Authority is inviting applications for Vacancy 2024 for the position of Legal Assistant. Paradip Port Authority (PPA) a body under the Ministry of Port, Shipping & Waterways, invites applications for vacancies in 2024 for the engagement of Assistant (Legal) on a Contractual Basis: –
Eligibility Criteria: Legal Assistant at Paradip Port Authority
- Degree in Law from a recognized University.
- 05 years’ experience in legal work in a legal establishment / Industrial / Commercial / Govt. undertaking Assistant (Legal) (On Contract)
- (or)
- Advocates practising in High Courts/ District Courts with a minimum 5 years’ experience. (Documents in support of several cases filed/ appeared must be submitted.)
- Preference will be given to the candidate having a graduate Degree in Law / MBA from a recognized University.
Remuneration (Consolidated)
Rs.35,000/- Per Month

Upper Age Limit – 35 Years as on 01.09.2024.

- Applicant must attach two latest passport size photographs mentioning his/her name on the back side.
- The engagement will be initially for 01 year and extendable further based on the performance of the selected candidates and requirement of Paradip Port Authority with 5% increment per year.
- The selection will be based on Written Test or Interview or both as per the discretion of PPA. The Shortlisted applicants only shall be called for document verification / Written Test/Interview.
- The candidate should not have convicted by any Court of Law.
