2-year LLM program (Course) in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws 2025 by NALSAR University of Law and Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA). This specialized program is designed to equip students with comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the dynamic field of insolvency and bankruptcy laws.

Qualification: LLM Program by NALSAR 2025

LL.B. Degree or any other bachelor’s degree in law with a minimum of fifty percent (50%) marks or its equivalent grade (forty-five percent (45%) marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories).
Candidates appearing for their final year examination of the qualifying are also eligible to apply.
There is no upper age limit for appearing for the Course.
To be eligible for admission under the Resident Student of Telangana category seats, in addition to complying with the eligibility as mentioned above and based on the merit in the entrance examination coupled with a personal interview conducted by the University, candidates must fulfill the following conditions:
- a student who after studying in the State of Telangana for four consecutive years appears for the qualifying examination in the Telangana State; or
- a student who has in the previous seven years resided in the State of Telangana for at least four years, and completed the qualifying examination i.e., LL.B. from the educational institutions in the State of Telangana.
