About Legal Assistant Vacancy at Shipping Corporation
The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. (SCI), a Navratna PSU Recruitment Vacancy in 2025 for the post of Legal Assistant for Law Graduate.
SCI occupies the Numero Uno position with its large and diversified fleet, operating in nearly all segments of shipping viz. Container services, liquid and dry bulk services, offshore services, passenger services, and break-bulk services.
Qualification: Legal Assistant Vacancy at Shipping Corporation
- Essential:
- Full-time LLB (3 years or 5 years) from a recognized Indian University with a minimum of 50% marks
- Desirable:
- Registered with Bar Council of India and/or master’s degree in law (LLM)
Experience
Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification work experience in the relevant field of work as a Legal Assistant/ Legal Trainee/ Legal Executive on Contract/ Junior Advocate/ worked in the Legal department in PSU or tribunal or Regulator or Govt. Body or Autonomous organization.
Emoluments:
- Consolidated emoluments of
- in 1st year Rs. 70,000/- per month in
- in 2nd Year, Rs. 75,000/- per month will be paid
- in 3rd Year. Year, Rs. 72,500/-
No other perks/benefits/allowances shall be applicable. Income tax will be deducted as per the prevailing rules.
