Objective: International Commercial and Investment Treaty Arbitration Course

The objective of this course is to build capacity and expertise in India in the field of international arbitration. This course will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of international commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitration, equipping them with the skills to manage and resolve cross-border disputes in a globalized economy. As India’s economic integration with international markets deepens, gaining a deep understanding of the legal framework governing such disputes has become increasingly essential.

Eligibility: International Commercial Course

Candidates from all Universities and Faculties may apply.

• Professionals having completed 3-year LL.B. / 5-year integrated BA, LL.B. Course with not less than 55% marks in aggregate; or
• Legal professionals/Government Officials/Law Officers with prior experience in handling commercial arbitration disputes, including preferably international commercial arbitration and/or investment treaty arbitration.
