About VALE Fellowship 2025
The Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy (VALE) Fellowship 2025 is an initiative of Vidhi and is supported by the Forbes Marshall Foundation. The VALE Fellowship aims to provide an opportunity for young and motivated law students from marginalized communities to augment their skills and capacities.
Eligibility
- The VALE Fellowship is open for law students from the University of Kashmir and affiliated colleges.
- People from diverse backgrounds, especially from the SC/ST communities, minority religions, LGBT+ community, and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
How to Apply for VALE Fellowship 2058
- Applicants may apply for the VALE Fellowship by filling up this application form.
- Along with the application form, Fellows are required to submit the following documents:
- A Curriculum Vitae (not exceeding 2 pages).
- A brief statement (not exceeding 700 words) outlining:
- the applicant’s background.
- challenges the applicant faced while making career choices.
- immediate career objectives (to be achieved in the next 3-5 years) and long-term career objectives (to be achieved in the next 5-10 years); and
- How can this Fellowship help them achieve these objectives?

- Call for Applications: 13th December 2024
- Last Date to apply: 5th January 2025
- Notifying selected fellows: 10th January 2025
- Orientation & Training: 1st February – 7th February 2025
