Submission Guidelines

  1. All submissions have to be in English. The abstract should not be more than 300 words.
  2. It shall be accompanied by a cover letter containing – a brief profile of the author, including e-mail ID, contact number, designation, institution and official address.
  3. The word limit for a research paper is 4000-5000 words (including all citations and references).
  4. Submissions must be typed in Times New Roman, font size 12 on A4 size paper with a 1” margin on all sidesand1.5-line spacing.
  5. The heading should be in Times New Roman, Font Size 14, Bold, 1.5-line spacing, center-aligned, while the subheading should be in Times New Roman, Font Size 13, Italicized, 1.5–line 1.15–line spacing.
  6. Footnotes must be in Times New Roman, Font Size 10, with 1.0-line spacing. The File extension shall be .doc. There can be a
    maximum of only one Co-Author.
  7. Plagiarism shall not exceed more than 10%. All the co-authors need to get registered for the event. Not more than two co- authors are allowed to be accommodated in one research paper.
  8. The Abstract and Full paper must be submitted on: clf@hnlu.ac.in on or before the submission deadline.
