About NLUJ-IBBI Online Certificate Course

The National Law University, Jodhpur (NLUJ), in collaboration with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), is proud to announce its 3rd Online Certificate Course titled “Contemporary Practice of Insolvency Law: Careers, Challenges, and Code in Transition” scheduled from October 3rd to October 8th, 2025.

About the Course Organizers

The course is conducted by the Centre for Insolvency and Bankruptcy Studies (CIBS) at NLUJ, established in 2019 to promote advanced research and practical insights in insolvency and bankruptcy laws. CIBS also publishes Solventia – Journal of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws and the well-regarded Restructuring Ledger Blog.

What the Course Offers

This 6-day online course, conducted via Google Meet, offers approximately 25 hours of learning. It combines expert lectures, interactive sessions, and practical workshops focused on the evolving insolvency framework in India.

Participants will gain:

Eligibility

  • Recent law graduates (LL.B. or LL.M. within the last year)
