About Summer Internship at NGT (National Green Tribunal) 2026

National Green Tribunal @ NGT, New Delhi Principal Bench provides opportunities for the Environmental Law, Summer Internship Program (March, April, May, and July 2026) Internship ProgramThe program is open to students pursuing studies in law and environmental studies at recognised colleges, law schools, and universities in India.

Qualification: NGT Internship 2026

Interested in environmental studies and law students pursuing threeyear and fiveyear law degree courses from any recognised College/Law School/University.

Duration: Summer Internship at @ NGT (National Green Tribunal)

The duration of the Internship will ordinarily be 4 weeks

Stipend: NGT Internship 2026

The National Green Tribunal does not pay remuneration/expenses.

Application Processing: NGT Summer Internship Program 2026

The students will have to produce a recommendation/noobjection letter from their director or Head of Department, after receiving intimation from this office. A guide will be assigned to each intern for their study during the internship

Work During Green Tribunal Internship

Interns will be required to present a research paper/report on a selected topic at the end of their study and also undergo other studies assigned prepare notes on it and submit to the concerned officer for evaluation and suggestions, if any, by the Commission. It will remain as intellectual property of the Tribunal and interns cannot use it without prior approval of the Tribunal.
