Key Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters independently
- Manage legal proceedings related to insolvency and arbitration
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate matters
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Law graduate (LL.B./LL.M.) from a recognized university
Experience & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
- Practical experience in arbitration laws and proceedings
- Ability to independently manage litigation cases
- Good drafting and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates who can join early will be given preference
- Prior experience in financial institutions or corporate legal departments is an advantage
