Job Role and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will handle legal work related to litigation and recovery matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Representing and assisting in cases before High Courts and District Courts
  • Handling litigation and legal documentation
  • Managing VCA recovery-related legal matters
  • Coordinating with legal teams and government authorities
  • Assisting in drafting legal notices, replies, and case files

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

Educational Qualification:

  • LLB degree from a recognized university approved by the Bar Council of India

Professional Requirements:

  • Registered Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification litigation experience in High Courts or District Courts

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 35 years (as on the last date of application)
