Job Role and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will handle legal work related to litigation and recovery matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Representing and assisting in cases before High Courts and District Courts
- Handling litigation and legal documentation
- Managing VCA recovery-related legal matters
- Coordinating with legal teams and government authorities
- Assisting in drafting legal notices, replies, and case files
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the following requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- LLB degree from a recognized university approved by the Bar Council of India
Professional Requirements:
- Registered Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification litigation experience in High Courts or District Courts
Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Basic knowledge of data analytics
Age Limit:
- Maximum 35 years (as on the last date of application)
