National Law University Delhi (NLU) invites applications for the position of Full-time Research Associate on a contractual basis for a project on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Rule of Law. The project is funded under the Research Endeavour Grant (N-REG) 2025-26 of National Law University Delhi and focuses on evaluating the jurisprudence, socioeconomic and statistical implications within Law and technology.

Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications
- MA / MSc / MPhil in:
- Economics
- Statistics
- Public Policy
- Data Science / AI
- Or Ph.D. (including final submission stage) in relevant fields
Required Skills
- Strong empirical research and policy analysis skills
- Ability to draft research papers and reports
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools
Desirable Qualifications: Research Associate (Law and Technology) NLU Delhi
- Background in law, public policy, or regulatory studies
- Experience in law and technology domains such as:
- Privacy
- Competition law
- Fintech
- Platform markets
- Familiarity with legal research methodologies
- Experience in drafting policy briefs
- Knowledge of data visualization tools
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 37,000 (Consolidated)
- Funded directly by the N-REG project at National Law University Delhi
