Position Details

  • Post: Research Associate
  • Number of Positions: 1
  • Monthly Salary: ₹47,000 (as per ICSSR norms)
  • Job Type: Contractual (6 months, extendable based on performance)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal and policy research on statutes, regulations, and frameworks
  • Perform doctrinal, empirical, and comparative research
  • Assist in drafting:
    • Research papers
    • Policy briefs
    • Project reports
  • Coordinate with project investigators and experts
  • Support data collection, analysis, and documentation

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications:

  • LL.M. in Constitutional Law with minimum 55% marks
  • NET / M.Phil. / Ph.D.
  • At least 2 years of research experience
  • Strong academic background

Preferred Expertise:

  • Constitutional Law
  • Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
  • Gerontology (study of aging)
  • Smart Cities and Digital Governance
  • Digital Public Infrastructure

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
