MNLU Mumbai Law Journal Call for Papers 2026
The Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) Mumbai has officially invited submissions for Issue-I of the MNLU Mumbai Law Journal scheduled for June 2026 publication. The journal aims to encourage high-quality legal research and promote interdisciplinary academic discussions on contemporary socio-legal issues.
The MNLU Mumbai Law Journal is an open-access annual publication that welcomes contributions from academicians, legal professionals, researchers, and law students across India and abroad.

- Word Limit: 3500–10000 words
- Excluding footnotes
- Should contain detailed and comprehensive legal analysis
2. Essays / Short Articles
- Word Limit: 1200–3500 words
- Focused discussions on specific legal issues
- Must provide original perspectives and critical insights
3. Case Comments and Legislative Comments
- Word Limit: 1200–3500 words

Important Submission Guidelines
Authors should note the following requirements before submitting manuscripts:
- Submissions must be original and unpublished
- Simultaneous submissions are not allowed
- Manuscripts should meet UGC anti-plagiarism norms
- Maximum similarity permitted: 10%
- Graphics, charts, diagrams, and tables should be properly numbered
- Website references must include:
- Complete URL
- Date of access
All submissions will undergo editorial and review committee scrutiny.

Authors must submit manuscripts only through the official Google Form prescribed by the university.
