Categories of Submission
1. Articles

Word Limit: 5,000–6,000 words
2. Essays
Essays should offer innovative perspectives, challenge existing legal frameworks, or provide fresh insights into intellectual property issues.
Word Limit: 3,000–5,000 words
3. Notes
Notes should focus on recent debates, legal controversies, or emerging issues relating to the interpretation or implementation of intellectual property laws.
Word Limit: Up to 2,500 words
4. Book Reviews and Comments
Authors may review recently published books, analyze landmark judgments, discuss new legislation, or comment on pending bills.

Formatting and Citation Requirements
Authors must ensure that:
- Citations follow OSCOLA (5th Edition) guidelines.
- Footnotes are used for references.
- Speaking footnotes are discouraged.
- Main text should be in Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
- Footnotes should be in Times New Roman, font size 10, with single spacing.
Co-Authorship Rules
- A maximum of four authors may jointly submit a manuscript.
- In exceptional cases, the Editorial Board may permit additional co-authors.

Author Information Sheet
A separate document must contain:
- Full name
- Email address
- Postal address
- Institutional affiliation
- Course details (if applicable)
- Academic year
The manuscript itself must not contain any identifying information about the author(s).
Abstract
Authors must submit an abstract of up to 350 words summarizing the manuscript.
Originality and Plagiarism Policy
All submissions must be original works.
