Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur has announced recruitment for several project-based contractual positions under its flagship initiatives, including the Vidhi Saarathi – Justice Connect Fellowship Programme and the HNLU Continuous Legal Education and Advancement Programme (H-CLAP).

The recruitment drive aims to strengthen legal aid delivery, improve access to justice, support grassroots litigation, and promote professional growth opportunities for legal professionals.

Available Positions and Monthly Remuneration

Interested candidates can apply for the following posts:

• Program Manager – 1 Vacancy – ₹65,000 per month
• Coordinator (Fellowship) – 1 Vacancy – ₹45,000 per month
• Documentation Officer – 1 Vacancy – ₹35,000 per month
• Litigation Fellow – 10 Vacancies – ₹22,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will contribute to various programme activities, including:

• Project implementation and management
• Legal documentation and reporting
• Coordination of training programmes
• Stakeholder engagement and communication
• Field-based legal initiatives
• Fellowship programme administration

Details of Full-Time Positions

The following positions are full-time contractual roles:

• Program Manager

Candidates selected for these posts will be required to work from the HNLU campus in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Litigation Fellow Programme

The Litigation Fellow position is designed for practicing advocates who are actively engaged in legal practice in selected districts of Chhattisgarh.

Eligible Districts

Applicants should be practicing advocates based in:

• Raipur
• Durg
• Bilaspur
• Rajnandgaon
• Balodabazar

Fellowship Activities

Selected fellows will:

• Continue their regular legal practice
• Participate in online and offline training programmes
• Attend periodic sessions conducted at the HNLU campus
• Undertake identified pro bono legal assignments
• Contribute to field-based legal work under the fellowship programme
