Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Master’s Degree in Law with specialization in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR); or
• B.A. LL.B., LL.B., or equivalent law degree from a recognized Indian or foreign university.
• Minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade in the qualifying examination.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of current national and international developments in Intellectual Property Rights.
• Ability to design and organize academic and research programs.
• Strong communication skills in English.
