Internship Details
- Position: Research Intern
- Work Location: Remote or In-office, Delhi

- Duration: 3 months
- Extension: Possible depending on performance and organisational requirements
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 6 days per week
- Stipend: ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 per month, performance-based

Roles and Responsibilities
Selected interns will work as part of the research team and may be responsible for:
- Conducting legislative and constituency-level research.
- Researching policy issues and governance-related developments.
- Drafting parliamentary questions, notices, and official communications.
- Preparing policy briefs and background research notes.
- Supporting political research and analytical assignments.
- Collecting, analysing, and presenting relevant information for policy work.
- Assisting with other research requirements assigned by the organisation.

Stipend and Benefits

Performance-Based Internship Policy
The programme follows performance-based evaluation. Interns are expected to meet basic performance standards and complete assigned deliverables. Continued failure to meet these requirements may result in a transition to an unpaid internship in exceptional circumstances or termination of the internship in cases of significant underperformance.

The selection process consists of two stages:
