Qualification: DSLSA Permanent Lok Adalat
A person who is, or has been, a District Judge or Additional District Judge or has held Judicial Office higher in rank than that of a District Judge shall be entitled to be the Chairman of the Permanent Lok Adalat.
Selection Procedure: DSLSA Chairman
Selection may be made on the basis of general reputation. The applicants in the consideration zone shall be called for an interview before a Committee to be constituted by the Hon’ble Executive Chairman of the Delhi State Legal Services Authority.
