Founded with the fundamental goal of facilitating dynamic interaction between its readership and contributors, the Journal has swiftly garnered acclaim for its unwavering commitment to excellence and its pivotal role in shaping discourse within legal academia.

Submission Guidelines: NALSAR Law Review (NLR) – Volume 10 Issue 1

  • The submission process mail, including peer review.
  • Manuscripts are facilitated through meeting the quality standards, and those aligning with the scope of NALSAR Law Review will be considered for review.
  • There are no Article Processing Charges (APC) for submission or publication.
  • During the submission process, authors are mandated to provide a warranty confirming the following:
    • The submitted work is original
    • The author(s) possess the necessary rights over the work.
    • All required permissions for reproducing copyrighted materials not owned by the author(s) have been obtained and can be provided upon request.
    • The work is not under consideration for publication elsewhere and has not been previously published in any other outlet.

Submission Guidelines: NALSAR Law Review (NLR) – Volume 10 Issue 1

  • Before Submission, Prospective authors are advised to thoroughly review the Aims & Scope of the NALSAR Law Review before submitting their manuscripts.
  • Types of Articles the NALSAR Law Review accepts submissions in the following formats:
    • Articles- 7000 -8000 words
    • Essays – 5000-6000 words
    • Notes/Comments- 3000-4000 words
    • Case Comments-3000-4000 words
    • Book Reviews- 1500-2500 words

The word limit shall be inclusive of footnotes. Each contribution must be accompanied by an Abstract not more than 250 words, along with 5 Keywords.

Cover Letter Requirement: NALSAR NLR – Volume 10 Issue 1, 2025

Contributors are required to submit a cover letter along with their manuscript. The cover letter should include the following statements:

  • Name, Designation, Affiliation, and Email Addresses for correspondence.
  • Confirmation of the accuracy of citations in the attached manuscript.
  • Affirmation of having read and complied with the journal’s submission policy.
  • Assurance that no part of the manuscript violates the copyrights of others.
  • Declaration that the submitted work is original and created by 3 the author(s).
  • Assertion that the author(s) possess the necessary rights to the work.
  • Confirmation that all required permissions for reproducing copyrighted materials not owned by the author(s) have been obtained and can be provided upon request.
  • Confirmation that the work is not under consideration for publication elsewhere and has not been previously published in any other outlet.

Submission of the manuscript

  • Submission and Correspondence: Manuscripts must be submitted by mail to nalsarlawreview@nalsar.ac.in
  • Any correspondence, queries, or additional requests for information regarding the manuscript submission process should be directed to the nalsarlawreview@nalsar.ac.in
  • Copyright Assignment Form After selection of the Article and before publication, NALSAR Law Review mandates that the author, as the rights holder, signs a Copyright Assignment Form.
  • This Copy Right Assignment Form constitutes an exclusive license agreement, wherein the author maintains copyright ownership of the work while granting NALSAR Law Review the sole and exclusive right and license to publish the work for the entire legal duration of copyright protection.
