The Faculty of Law, Tantia University, proudly announces its International Conference on “The Constitution of India: Reimagining Fundamental Rights in a Dynamic World through Human Rights Lens”, scheduled to be held on 22nd and 23rd November 2025 at Tantia University, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
This two-day international event aims to provide a scholarly platform for academicians, researchers, and students to explore the evolving dimensions of Fundamental Rights and their contemporary interpretation through the lens of human rights.
The conference seeks to foster a critical dialogue on how the Indian Constitution continues to adapt to global challenges such as digital governance, environmental justice, gender equality, and socio-economic rights in an era of transformation.

Call for Papers
The conference invites original and unpublished research papers from academicians, practitioners, researchers, and students across disciplines.
All submitted papers will undergo peer review, and selected papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with an ISBN number.
Participants are encouraged to submit papers exploring contemporary constitutional and human rights issues through theoretical, doctrinal, and empirical approaches.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Word Limit: 300–400 words
- Format: MS Word (DOC/DOCX)
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing
- Footnotes: As per Bluebook (21st Edition) or ILI Style
- Co-authorship: Permitted (maximum of two authors per paper)
- Each abstract must clearly mention the author(s) name, designation, institution, and contact details.
